We ship with NACEX all over Spain and Portugal (Peninsula), excluding Canarian islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If you are from EU you can place your order by email: email@example.com.

We pay a lot of attention to security and all financial information goes through secure servers. If you decide to pay your order on our website you can be sure that your transaction will be operated through a secure system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). 8. What is the delivery cost?
Shipping rates are calculated according to package destination and weight. You can see shipping rates here.
9. When will I receive my order?
We do our best to dispach paid orders on the same day or on the next business day. Orders paid on Friay will be shipped on Monday. Packages are normally delievered in 24/48 hours. After your order is shipped you will be provided with tracking number.
10. What if some products arrive damaged, opened or something is missing?
We do our best to package your order the best possible but if something goes wrong you have to contact us maximum 7 days after receiving your order and notify us about damaged, opened or missing products.
11. What if I changed my mind and I want return my order?
If you have changed your mind you have 7 days to notify us. The products must be unopened, unused and in a good confition. Returning products must be in the original package or in the similar one to prevent any kind of damage. After we receive back your order we will refund your money, yet we do not return shipping cost.
